August Updates at Thrive

We’ve got a few exciting updates about our NEW online Thrive gym booking system, some friendly reminders, and a couple of important notes to help you get the most out of your time at Thrive Gym.

Acuity Scheduling – Take Control of Your Bookings

We’re thrilled to share a major upgrade - one you’ve been asking for! At Thrive Gym, we’re launching a brand-new online booking system using Acuity Scheduling, putting you firmly in control of your experience with us.

What You Can Look Forward To

  • Complete Flexibility: Book, reschedule, or cancel your sessions up to 12 hours in advance, from any device.

  • Advance Booking Access: Book up to 90 days in advance, with new slots becoming available each day - giving you more freedom and peace of mind when planning your fitness journey.

  • Instant Confirmation: Receive timely email reminders and notifications.

  • Seamless Calendar Sync: Easily integrate your gym bookings with your personal calendar.

  • Mobile-Friendly Experience: A sleek, user-friendly interface whether on your phone, tablet, or desktop.

How to Get Started

  1. Head to our booking page on our website and create your online account here: https://www.totalphysiosydney.com.au/thrive-class-bookings (This can be found in the top right corner on the Total Physio website homepage). 

  2. Choose your preferred class 

  3. Select a time that fits your schedule

  4. Confirm - done! Your spot is secured

We believe this upgrade will significantly elevate your experience at Thrive Gym. If you need help navigating the system or have any feedback, our team is ready to assist at reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au.

Get in quick to secure your bookings from October onwards. Please note while we transition until 1st October 2025 your pre-existing bookings for August & September will not show up but you can request a booking list to be emailed from reception as these spots are already confirmed for you.

New & Updated Class Times

We’ve been listening to your feedback and have made sure our timetable gives you more options to train:

  • Thrive Strength – Now running Thursday nights at 7:30 pm. Perfect for an after-work power session.

  • Osteoblast Class - New class going strong on Tuesdays at 11:30 am. A fantastic bone-strengthening workout for all fitness levels.

Be sure to check your Acuity Scheduling account so you can lock in your spot in advance.

Lost & Found

We’ve collected quite a few items in our Lost & Found box lately. If you’re missing a drink bottle, jumper, or towel etc please ask one of our instructors.

PAR-Q Reminder

If you’re new to Thrive Gym or haven’t updated your PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) recently, please take a few minutes to complete it (can be found in your email). It’s important for your safety and helps us tailor your training to your needs. Ask at reception if you’re unsure whether yours is up to date.
