Rebates
Private Health Insurance? Make sure you bring your card with you as you will be able to make a claim through HICAPS at the time of your appointment. You will then only need to pay the gap.
If you have a Medicare EPC referral make sure you bring the referral and your Medicare card. We can claim the Medicare rebate for you at the time of the appointment. Please note you will need a debit card (Savings or Cheque account) for us to process the rebate for you.
If you are a Workers Compensation or Third Party patient please bring your doctor’s referral and details of your claim number and case manager to your initial appointment. We will look after the rest.
We accept all major payment methods including EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
