1. How do I get started with booking classes?
Watch our Instructional Video for a quick overview of how to use the Acuity booking system. All Thrive clients must create an account on Acuity to manage their bookings, cancellations, and view their schedule.
2. How far in advance can I book a class?
You can book classes up to 90 days in advance and no later than 2 hours before the class start time.
3. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class. If you need to cancel within 12 hours, please use the Booking Management Form.
4. What can I do with the Booking Management Form?
You can use the form to:
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of a class
Pause your membership
Request a list of upcoming bookings
Request a monthly account statement for Private Health Insurance claims
Join a waitlist for a full class
5. Why don’t I see all my bookings in Acuity?
Bookings made before August 8, 2025 (when Acuity was launched) were scheduled through our previous system and won’t appear in your Acuity account. These are recorded in the Nookal Thrive Diary. You can request a list of these bookings via email or through the Booking Management Form.
6. Can I cancel or reschedule older bookings online?
Only bookings made through Acuity can be cancelled or rescheduled online. For earlier bookings, please use the Booking Management Form to request changes.
7. What should I do if I think my class is full or I’m not booked?
Before booking yourself into a class, especially for August or September, please request your Upcoming Booking List to avoid duplicate bookings. If a class appears full, use the Booking Management Form to join the waitlist.
8. I booked a class but it’s before October 1, 2025. Is that okay?
Yes, but please note that any online bookings for dates before October 1, 2025 will be manually entered into our Nookal system by reception. We receive a daily summary to ensure everything is synced.
9. How do I make recurring bookings?
To book recurring classes:
Select your recurrence details
Click ‘See Availability’
Then click ‘Add Appointments’ to confirm
Simply selecting recurrence and the number of sessions will not finalise the booking.
10. How do I join a waitlist for a full class?
Use the Booking Management Form link at the top of the online calendar to request waitlist placement. We’ll notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.
