Note your booked classes in your diary or calendar.


Step 4

Turn up to class and enjoy the benefits! You may wish to bring a towel and water bottle.
Pilates Classes: Socks are required for Reformer Pilates classes and are optional for Mat classes. We recommend Pilates Grip Socks and have some available for sale in Thrive Gym.
