September Thrive bookings are now open. Please book your sessions early to secure your preferred times. You can book online using your online booking code or email your requests to reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au— we’re here to help you stay on track.

Thrive Yoga in September

Our wonderful Women’s health physiotherapist & yoga instructor Kathryn will be on annual leave from 1st-15th September which means Thrive Yoga class is cancelled during this period. Please select a different class to attend during these dates.

Community Physio – Physiotherapy Delivered to the Home

Do you know someone in the local area who would benefit from physiotherapy but finds it difficult to get to a clinic?

Our new Community Physiotherapy Service brings expert care into the comfort of people’s homes — helping them stay active, independent, and in control of their health.

We support:

  • People recovering from surgery

  • Individuals wanting to improve strength, mobility or reduce their risk of falls

  • Those managing chronic conditions like Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, or persistent back and neck pain

Confirming Appointments

We kindly ask that you confirm your appointments via SMS when you receive reminders by responding ‘Y’. This helps us run smoothly and offer any open slots to others. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule physio appointments and 12 hours’ notice for Thrive gym classes.
