May Updates at Thrive

As we enter the month of May here’s everything you need to know, including an exciting announcement!

1. Community Physiotherapy (Home visits) We’re thrilled to announce that our physiotherapy services are expanding! Very soon, we’ll be offering community home visits – bringing high-quality, personalised physio care right to your doorstep.

This new service is designed for clients who:

  • Prefer the convenience of home treatment

  • Have limited mobility or transport options

  • Need support in a familiar and comfortable environment

To ensure we can meet demand, we’re now opening a waitlist for our home visit appointments.

Interested, or know someone who would be interested in joining the waitlist?
Head to our website and fill out our waitlist form www.totalphysiosydney.com.au/communityphysio

2. A message from our massage therapist Stephen Attride

Hi everyone, I’m your massage therapist here at Total Physiotherapy!

I offer remedial, relaxation, and sports massage to support your body’s recovery, relaxation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement—whether you’re training hard, managing stress, or working through muscular tension and niggles.

I’ve been away from the clinic in recent months due to knee surgery, but I’m excited to share that I’m back and now available for appointments on: Tuesday evenings from 6–8pm & Saturday mornings from 8–11am

If you’re considering remedial massage, many private health funds offer rebates, so you could be eligible to claim 30% to 80% of the cost back, depending on your provider and level of cover.

I look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces—book in and let’s work together toward your recovery and wellbeing!

Best wishes,

Stephen Attride

7. Reminder of Our Cancellation Policy

Any class cancellations will need to be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. A $10 late cancel fee applies to clients on Thrive Memberships / if you are on Thrive class packs you lose a class. We do not wish to need to enforce this fee however having this policy helps us maintain a better experience for all members, to ensure spots in classes aren’t wasted and to prevent our instructors from spending time planning classes for people who don’t show up! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you for trusting us with your health – we’re excited to continue supporting you in new and accessible ways!
