  • Thorough rehab from injuries to prevent recurrence and optimise performance.

  • Treadmill running gait assessments.

  • Heavy weight lifting advice looking at form and technique with compound movements.

What’s better than successfully treating an injury? Preventing it from occurring in the first place! 

We understand that many injuries are unavoidable and a matter of bad luck, however there are certain injuries that can be prevented or at least minimised. For this, your Physio must have a detailed understanding of your sport or activity requirements and the associated injuries. From there, we will consider your individual injury history to plan strategies to reduce your injury risk whilst keeping you training and competing at an optimal level.
